Cornerstone Dental will be resuming care for all patients Monday May, 11th 2020. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation during this uncertain time. Our team is continuing to reach out to those patients who need to reschedule appointments. Please free to call us at your convenience if your appointment was cancelled or for any urgent dental needs you may have. All of our staff have gone through the proper Coronavirus Testing for extra safety measures.
Due to recent events we will be implementing some changes when you return for your next appointment.
• The day before your appointment our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. On the day of your appointment your temperature will be taken and you will be asked those same questions again when you come to your appointment.
• We kindly ask that if you must be accompanied to your appointment by a friend or family member that they wait in the car while you are seen for your appointment.
• Only patients who are being actively treated will be permitted in the clinical areas. Exceptions are made for young children.
• We have a hand sanitizer station readily available to you when you enter the office. You will also find hand sanitizer stations throughout the office for you to use as needed.
• For the immediate future, our waiting room will be not offer magazines, children’s toys, coffee/snack bar items to help maintain cleanliness and reduce potential vectors.
• We will also be sending links via text and email for patients who need updated paperwork. If possible we ask that you complete these forms at home and bring them to your appointment.
